Enterprise Place is strategically located at the intersection of I-271 and Chagrin Boulevard. The building enjoys a high degree of visibility and recognition not only because of its easily identifiable location, but also because of its unique design. Enterprise Place was designed by the internationally renowned architectural firm of The Architects Collaborative (TAC), which was founded by Walter Gropius, considered to be the father of American architecture. The Building consists of approximately 124,900 rentable square feet on five floors. Floor sizes vary from approximately 20,000 to 28,400 square feet and are based on 30-square foot modular bays. There are a total of thirty-five corner offices, seven per floor. In addition, the Building has ten private, 900 square foot roof-top terraces adjacent to a number of offices. Building conference room available free of charge for all tenants which includes seating for 28. The building includes three high-speed electric passenger elevators, 24-hour key card security service, and janitorial services are provided five nights per week after business hours.
